2013年初Kering SA (KER.PA) 开云集团宣布收购Christopher Kane 品牌51%股权，实现控股，随后Christopher Kane 亦发布扩张计划。
2013年7月底，Kering SA (KER.PA) 开云集团宣布任命Kering SA (KER.PA) 开云集团前财务通信和营销情报总监Alexandre de Brettes 作为Christopher Kane品牌新任首席执行官。

2013年9月，苏格兰设计师 Christopher Kane 表示品牌将于 2014年在伦敦Mount Street 为其同名品牌开设全球第一家独立门店。
苏格兰设计师Christopher Kane 同名品牌是继Stella McCartney 和Alexander McQueen 之后，Kering SA (KER.PA) 开云集团收购的第三个伦敦设计师品牌，贯彻其丰富其奢侈品牌投资组合的战略。据Kering SA (KER.PA) 开云集团透露，自2001年收购Alexander McQueen以来，品牌业务增长了12倍，与此同时Stella McCartney的业务增长了11倍，双双突破1亿欧元销售。
